The NE TRACKS Local Learning and Employment Network (LLEN) supports young people 10-19 years of age and works with schools and other organisations to achieve higher rates of school retention and participation in education, training and employment.

The LLEN works in Benalla Rural City, Rural City of Wangaratta and Mansfield Shire.

The LLEN has almost 100 members.

The LLEN is funded by, and reports to, the Victorian Government and Australian Government. It also presents an Annual Report to the Annual General Meeting of members which is held in May each year.
