Danny O’Donoghue

Danny is the Executive Officer of NE Tracks LLEN, directly reporting to the committee of Management; he has been involved in the LLEN since it’s inception as a board member, Deputy Chair Person and Chairperson and now as its Executive Officer.
Danny has had wide experience in the employment, education and community sectors in North East Victoria for almost 30 years and has extensive networks locally and throughout the State of Victoria.
Danny is also an active volunteer with Governance roles on a number of organisations including Merriwa Industries (Chair), Borinya School (Chair), ACFE Hume Regional Council (Deputy Chair), Albury Wodonga Community College (Board Member), Edi Blackrange Landcare Group (Secretary) and Edi Fire Brigade (Secretary/Treasurer). He was awarded a Centenary Medal in 2000 by the Australian Government for “service to education and Community, links to education in the Local area”.

Shane Crispin

Shane currently works as the Structured Workplace Learning Experience for the NE Tracks region secondary schools.
Shane is heavily involved in various North East sporting clubs, community organisations and is highly regarded for thinking outside the square to help others.
He is an active member of various business networks and is an ambassador for the international Reagan Milstein Foundation.
Shane has qualifications in Training, Assessment and Business, coaching, positive community engagement from an extensive career within community service fields and project management.
Shane’s work now is to help young people gain relevant and practical Structured Workplace Learning placements enabling them to enter the world of employment as a valued and productive employee.

Anne Shaw

Anne is the Partnership Coordinator for NE Tracks LLEN, based in Wangaratta. Anne has extensive experience in networking, community engagement and project management and has successfully delivered many projects and events in the areas of regional development, business planning, agribusiness, emergency management and community foundations. Prior to the LLEN role, Anne held the positions of Executive Officer and Leadership Development Officer for the Alpine Valleys Community Leadership Program. Anne is a founding member of the Ovens Murray Youth Area Partnership.
Anne is very involved with her community through her roles with Community Food for All, Voices for Indi, a Local Government Advisory Committee and is the current Rural City of Wangaratta’s Citizen of the Year.
Anne’s role, as the Partnership Coordinator for NE Tracks LLEN, is facilitating partnerships which enhance connections and pathways for young people on their journey through education and employment.

Jackie Cesnik

Jackie is the Mansfield Local Learning Employment Network Coordinator. Her background is in Community Development and she is also an experienced Vocational trainer and assessor in the Health and Community Services Industry. She teaches face to face and online.
Her background in with working with CALD communities and in the disability sector. She has an interest in youth, family violence and child protection issues and a passion for politics and community development.
She is working towards supporting those to make the necessary changes to allow every person to reach their full potential.
She likes to enjoy the beautiful surrounds of the Mansfield area, the local food and wine and the company of friends.
